All operational services are delivered exclusively under a prior written agreement signed between the Company and the client. We do not accept or act upon service requests without a formal contract in place.

Our services rely on satellite imagery, remote sensing technologies, modeling tools, and third-party data sources. While we perform all services with professional diligence and best efforts in accordance with industry standards, satellite detection and forecasting involve inherent technical and environmental limitations. As a result, analyses, alerts, and forecasts may contain uncertainties and should be understood as probabilistic assessments.

All information, reports, forecasts, and alerts provided by the Company are for decision-support purposes only. Clients retain full responsibility for operational, navigational, environmental, regulatory, and response decisions made based on our information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, environmental impact, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from the use of or reliance on our services.

All methodologies, models, software, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and we reserve the right to update them as necessary.
